Air Fryer Nachos

  • 12 cup medium salsa
  • 13 cupblack beans (rinsed and drained, if canned)
  • 14 teaspoonlime juice
  • 12 cupmexican cheese (or your preference)
  • 1avocado, diced
  • 2green onions, chopped
  • sour cream, for drizzling

    DIRECTIONS

  • Press a piece of aluminum foil down into your air fryer to form a flat bottom.
  • Make sure the sides go up the air fryer at least 2 inches so you can safely remove the nachos after heating.Remove foil from the air fryer keeping its form.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees.
  • Add chips to the aluminum foil, and then add salsa, black beans, and lime juice on top.Sprinkle cheese across the top of the nachos.
  • Carefully place the nachos inside the air fryer and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is just melted.
  • Remove nachos from the air fryer and top with avocados, green onions, and sour cream.
