  • 14 cupfrozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  • 1teaspooncinnamon
  • Oat Topping
  • 1cupquick-cooking oats or 1 cuprolled oats
  • 12 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 13 cupbutter, melted
  • 2tablespoonsall-purpose flour

    DIRECTIONS

  • Combine apples and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stir until fruit is evenly coated.
  • Spoon into a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle Oat Topping evenly over fruit.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.
  • Serve warm, with vanilla yogurt, if desired.
  • Oat Topping–combine all ingredients; mix well.
