    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F-H.
  • Cut out long oval pocket from top of Croissant.
  • Place slices of Swiss cheese into cut out pocket.
  • Place slices of ham on top of both swiss cheese slices.
  • now, make the pocket deep enough for 1 raw egg to be placed and contained.
  • top with salt and pepper to tatse.
  • Place stuffed Croissant in a non-stick pan and place in middle oven rack of well preheated oven.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until egg is cooked to desired temperature.
  • Serve with fresh chilled fruit compote of Mango-Banana-Figs-raisins all tossed into a light coating of honey.
