  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Step 1

    Combine water, steel-cut oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a slow cooker.
