Layered taco dip is a crowd-pleaser whether you bring it to a tailgate, potluck, or even a movie night. Guacamole, taco cream cheese, sour cream, and roasted tomato salsa create endless layers of flavor in this classic, no-bake party food. This layered taco dip is easy to throw together quickly, but lime juice adds a freshness that makes these store-bought ingredients taste homemade. Top it off with Cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips for an appetizer no guest can resist.
- 2packages (16 oz) Crystal Farms® Wisconsin Original Cream Cheese Box
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1lime, juiced
- 1packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
How to Make It
In the bowl of a mixer, combine Cream Cheese, milk, taco seasoning and lime juice. Whip until Cream Cheese is softened and all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
Spread Cream Cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 4-quart casserole dish.
Layer the guacamole evenly over the Cream Cheese, followed by the salsa and sour cream.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
