2 8 oz. steaks
Marinade1⁄3 cupsoy sauce1⁄3 cuplemon juice1⁄2 cupextra virgin olive oil1⁄4 cupWorcestershire sauce1 tablespoon minced garlic2 tablespoonsitalian seasoning1 teaspoonpepper1⁄2 teaspoonsalt1 pinchred pepper flakes
MEAT2 -8 ouncesbeef tenderloin steaks (Best quality you can afford)
DirectionsStart to marinade the steaks at least 2.5 hours before you want to grill.Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.Place steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over the steaks and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.Take the steaks out and set on the counter for 30 minutes to bring the meat back to room temperature.Pre-heat your grill on medium-high heat 10 minutes before putting the steaks on.Put steaks on the grill and close the cover, cook for 3 minutes and then give steaks one quarter turn to give criss cross grill marks.Cook for an additional 3 minutes (6 total per side) before flipping steak over.Repeat the process until you have cooked both sides of the steaks for 6 minutes each.Take off of the grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.Enjoy!(Adjust cook times depending on how you like your steak done.Current cook times will result in a Medium steak, however, you should always use a meat thermometer to check internal temperatures.).
