1⁄2 cuplight sour cream
1garlic clove, pressed
1⁄2 teaspoonDijon mustard
1⁄2 teaspoonblack pepper
1⁄2 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1⁄8 teaspoonhot paprika
2ouncesblue cheese, grated
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, black pepper, honey, Worcestershire sauce, hot paprika and blue cheese; whisk thoroughly.
Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Serve over salad or as a dip for chicken wings or veggies.
Note: Freeze blue cheese for at least 1 hour or until very firm.
