Anchovies aside, pineapple is arguably the most controversial pizza topping out there. The president of Iceland even considered banning pineapple on pizza in 2017.

For some reason, Domino’s New Zealand decided to make it just a little (OK, a lot) more divisive with its new Hawaiian Spaghetti Pizza.

Coming soon: an old family favourite, HAWAIIAN SPAGHETTI PIZZA! ?? Spaghetti paired with tasty tomato sauce, topped with Manuka smoked ham, juicy pineapple & mozzarella.Just how you remember it. Limited time only.

Why? I don’t know. I guess they just want to watch the world burn.

The chain partnered with American-owned food producer Wattie’s to bring this monstrosity to life.

“This is no joke! We’ve officially added Hawaiian SPAGHETTI pizza to our menu for a limited time only, with help from our friends at Wattie’s NZ! (no April Fools this time),” Domino’s New Zealand posted on Facebook.

For just $7.99, New Zealanders can enjoy (?) the unique pie, made with canned pasta, pineapple chunks, glazed ham, and mozzarella cheese.
