Combine beef, salt, mustard, half onion seasoning packet, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1/4 cup milk.
Combine thoroughly.
Form 4 equal patties and fry in skillet.
Remove patties from skillet.
Melt butter in drippings.
Add in other half of soup packet or you can use fresh onions.
add in flour.
combine well.
Add 16 oz of water.
Stirring until the gravy thickens.
Add in beef bouillon.
Season to taste.
As gravy thickens add in 1/4 milk to make it creamy. This will lighten it and if you want it darker, you can add more beef bouillon (be careful of the salt) or browning sauce/seasoning.
