Gourmet Chocolate-Covered Cherry Jell-O® Shots


  • 1 (6 ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ½ cup chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva®)
  • Directions

  • Step 1

    Arrange twelve 2-ounce plastic cups on a baking sheet that will fit in the refrigerator.


  • Step 2

    Empty cherry-flavored gelatin into a bowl; whisk in water slowly until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in vodka and chocolate liqueur.

  • Step 3

    Pour gelatin mixture into the plastic cups.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate gelatin mixture until set, at least 4 hours and preferably overnight.

  • Cook's Note:

    One 6-ounce package of Jell-O(R) will fill approximately twelve 2-ounce cups (available at party supply stores).
