2tablespoonsDijon mustard (to taste)
1⁄2 tablespoonlemon juice
1⁄8 teaspoonsea salt, ground
1⁄8 teaspoonwhite pepper
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Add a tiny pinch sea salt and pepper; stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes ½ cup.
