How to cook paneer

How you choose to cook paneer will depend on the dish you are making.

But if you are looking to fry your paneer, the process is really simple.

If you are not making your own paneer, cut the ready-made paneer into chunks.

Heat a glug of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Once the pan has heated up, add the paneer pieces and pan fry for 3-4 minutes.

Once the paneer is golden brown on one side, flip it over to fry the other sides.

Cook for a further 2-3 minutes and your paneer is ready to serve.
