Keto Chaffle

  • 1egg
  • 2ouncesmozzarella cheese
  • 1teaspoonalmond flour

  • Beat the egg and add the almond flour.
  • Grate the cheese and divide in 4 parts – 2 parts for each waffle.
  • Open the waffle maker when light indicates that the waffles are ready to be poured in it.
  • Drop one part of the grated cheese in each of the 2 waffle spaces, then pour half of the beaten egg on top of the melting cheese, then finish by dropping the last part of the cheese over the egg (my waffle maker makes 2 small waffles at the same time).
  • Close the waffle maker and wait until the light indicates that your waffles are done.
  • Use as slices of bread to enjoy ham sandwhiches or tomato sandwhiches or use as a burger bun for your favorite burger or cheeseburger preparation – with lettuce, tomato, bacon, mushrooms, mayo or mustard and relish!
