  • 1 12 lbsground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 12 cupmatzo meal
  • 14 cupketchup (optional)
  • 7 ounces whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 (12ounce) bottles chili sauce
  • Directions

  • Mix meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper and matzah meal togther and form meatballs.
  • Bake meatballs on cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 minutes.
  • Mix cranberry sauce and chili sauce together in pan on stove, low heat.
  • Add meatballs to sauce and cook covered on low heat until done.
