Peppermint Coffee Creamer


  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons stevia powder, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract, or more to taste

  • Step 1

    Combine milk, whipping cream, and stevia in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat until bubbles start to appear on the outer edges of the saucepan, 5 to 7 minutes; do not boil. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.


  • Cook's Notes:

    Any sweetener can be substituted, including sugar.

    Peppermint extract can be very strong. Taste coffee creamer and if more is needed add 1/4 teaspoon at a time.
