1. Boil a large pot of water. When boiling, add the farfalle past and boil until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, mix the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.
3. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Fry until cooked in a sir fry pan or large fry pan.
4. Prepare the snow peas by destringing them. Add them to the chickenand fry for a minute or two.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the chicken and snow pea mixture.
6. Add the sauce and stir so that the sauce is well distributed.
