  • 450gfarfalle pasta
  • 13 cupsesame oil
  • 23 cuppeanut butter
  • 13 cuphoney
  • 13 cupsoy sauce
  • 14 cuprice vinegar
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 1teaspoongingerroot, grated
  • 2chicken breasts
  • sesame oil (for frying)
  • 3 sliced green onions (to garnish) (optional)
  • 2teaspoonssesame seeds (for garnish) (optional)
  • 200gsnow peas

    DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Boil a large pot of water. When boiling, add the farfalle past and boil until al dente.
  • 2. While the pasta cooks, mix the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  • 3. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Fry until cooked in a sir fry pan or large fry pan.
  • 4. Prepare the snow peas by destringing them. Add them to the chickenand fry for a minute or two.
  • 5. Drain the pasta and add it to the chicken and snow pea mixture.
  • 6. Add the sauce and stir so that the sauce is well distributed.
  • 7. Serve with your choice of garnish.
