What do you get when you cross a Pimm’s Cup with a Cheeky Negroni? A delightfully complex take on the G&T. Try it with: Anchor Old Tom Gin (California). Lighter than Dutch genever but more viscous than a London Dry, Old Tom gins nonetheless have a sweeter flavor profile thanks to additions such as stevia and star anise.
- 1/2 cup agave tonic water (such as Q Tonic)
- 6 tablespoons (3 oz.) gin
- 1 tablespoon 1/2 oz.) Aperol
- 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz.) Pimm’s
- 2dashes of lime bitters
- Lime slice, for garnish
How to Make It
Stir together agave tonic water (such as Q Tonic), gin, Aperol, Pimm's, and lime bitters in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime slice.
