Viennexican Coffee


  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon orange extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Step 1

    Stir coffee, milk, cream, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, orange extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg together in a large mug until smooth.


  • Cook's Note:

    You can substitute molasses to taste for the brown sugar.

    If this recipe seems too rich, feel free to substitute skim milk for both the milk and the cream.Alternative milks (rice, almond) should yield a creaminess that is equally enjoyable.
