Passion Fruit Martini
- 2 ripe passion fruits, halved
- 60ml Passion Fruit Jaffa Cake Gin
- 30ml passoa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
- Prosecco
Scoop out the centre of one of the passionfruit and add to a shaker filled with ice.
Add all other ingredients to the shaker (excluding prosecco).
Shake well and serve into two chilled martini glasses then top with prosecco.
Place half a passionfruit on top for garnish.
