Pamela Anderson Had A Vegan Wedding Cake At Her Private Ceremony Last Month

Pamela Anderson married her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst in a private wedding ceremony over the December holidays. The couple fell in love during quarantine and the event took place on Vancouver Island, Canada, featuring a vegan menu including a two-tiered wedding cake for the new couple.
Pamela is a long time outspoken advocate for veganism, with experience promoting plant-based meal options in prisons, launching vegan handbags and accessories, and even telling Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain that vegans have better “stamina” in the bedroom. It’s no surprise that on her wedding day the menu would include plant-based options.
The couple wed at Pamela’s home on Vancouver Island, a property that she bought from her grandparents 25 years ago. According to an exclusive report by The Daily Mail, Pamela considered the location of their wedding to be a good omen for what’s to come.
“I was married on the property I bought from my grandparents 25 years ago, this is where my parents were married and they are still together. I feel like I’ve come full circle,” she said.
While no family or friends were in attendance at the private ceremony, Pamela and Dan still celebrated with a proper wedding cake. In their case, it was a vegan two-tiered coconut cake that was topped with a glass deer ornament, s small tree figurine, a white carnation, and a glittery heart. The cake was frosted with white icing and was served in a glass display case.
