These are her top five full body moves.

Burpees

Aimee said: “I have a love hate relationship with burpees, great full body exercises, but absolutely savage. They are a great way to get the heart rate up and condition the body from head to toe.”

Medicine Ball Slams

“A great way to develop strength, co-ordination and speed. It also targets most of the main muscles groups from calves and glutes up to shoulders,” she said.

Lunge to overhead press

Aimee said: “Lunge to target the lower body and overhead press to challenge into upper body.”

Mountain Climbers

“Another fabulous exercise to really get that sweat on, increase the heart rate,” she explained.

Farmer’s walks

“This is a great exercise for beginners and you can easily progress by using heavier weights,” Aimee said.

Exercise is important for anyone to include as part of a healthy lifestyle and it has a number of benefits.
