1⁄2 cupsoy sauce
2 thin slices fresh ginger, minced
1largegarlic clove, minced
1⁄4 cup dry rice wine or 1/4cupsake
Combine soy sauce, water, ginger and garlic in food processor and pulse.
Mix on high until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in sake and sugar.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or use immediately.
