Teriyaki Sauce

  • 12 cupsoy sauce
  • 13 cupwater
  • 2 thin slices fresh ginger, minced
  • 1largegarlic clove, minced
  • 14 cup dry rice wine or 1/4cupsake
  • 2tablespoonssugar

  • Combine soy sauce, water, ginger and garlic in food processor and pulse.
  • Mix on high until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in sake and sugar.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or use immediately.
