Easy to make but takes some time to condition the dough. So I suggest you read the package to condition the dough, as it may vary.
- 4 sausage
- Half a packet of puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk, mix
Take the pastry out of the freezer and let it outside until it defrost and can be folded.
Divide into 4.
Then pit the sausage on one side of the dough, roll. Put some egg yolk on top. Do until evereything is done.
Put the sausage rolls on 10-20°c for 90-120 minutes.
Then bake on preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180-185°c.
Serve while warm.
