Amras is Famous and popular sweet dish from Maharashtra. So delicious.
- 3 Ripe mango
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Water
Wash and clean the mango’s, remove it peel and put it in a bowl.
Once the mango is peeled, cut it and make pieces.
Peeling and cutting the mango helps us to identify rotten mango.
Once all mango’s are chopped add mango kernels and peel in bowl, add water and wash it nicely using your hands.it will help to remove pulp from peel and kernels.
Once it is washed squeeze out the peel and kernels and remove them. Add that pulpy water in grinder along with chopped pulp and sugar and milk.
Grind it and make nice puree. Add sugar / milk as per you taste. You can add cardamom powder if you like.
