Passed down from many Mexican generations in my family.
- 2-3 Ripe Mexican Avocados
- 1/3 Chopped Red Onion
- 1-2 Chopped Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 Chopped Jalapeño Pepper (optional if you want it spicy)
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a medium sized bowl add in avocados, chopped cilantro, lime and begin to mash it all together with a fork until smooth.
Add in chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and mix it all together. Be sure not to over mix or else tomatoes could make the Guacamole watery.
Add salt and pepper to your taste preference.
