- Sauce of choice
- Rice
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Pinch turmeric
- Salt
- Olive oil
Steps
Preheat oven to 200. Line baking sheet. Spread vegetables on sheet. Spray with olive oil, salt.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, chili powder, paprika, turmeric and salt. Pour over chickpeas. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through
Cook rice. Serve. Drizzle with sauce.
