    Ingredients

    1. 250 g flour
    2. 1 tsp baking soda
    3. 1/4 tsp salt
    4. 150 g brown sugar
    5. 115 g butter (room temp)
    6. 2 eggs (room temp)
    7. 5 bananas

    Steps

    1. Mix all dry ingredients

    2. Separately mash bananas with fork, add in softened butter and eggs

    3. Mix the dry ingredients unto the wet mixture

    4. Bake 50-65 mins at 175C. Test with toothpick and if it comes out clean and it is ready. Wait 10 mins and enjoy!
