Biscuits and Gravy


  1. 1 pound pork sausage
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/3 cup flour
  4. to taste Salt and pepper
  5. 1 can 8 biscuits


  1. Tear sausage into tiny pieces and place in medium sized pan

  2. Cook on medium heat until browned

  3. Add half of flour at a time, stirring it in completely with each addition

  4. Add half of milk and stir in completely. Add other half of milk and stir until thickened. This should take 12 minutes.

  5. Pour over cooked biscuits and serve
