Meal: Blue Cheese Sauce Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  2. 5 oz dorblu cheese (or any blue cheese)
  3. 1 chicken breast
  4. 1-2 cups common mushrooms (champignon mushrooms)
  5. 4-5 oz asparagus

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 392°F

  2. Place the cream on a burner over medium heat and add small pieces of cheese (2-3 oz). Stir constantly to let the cheese dissolve (do not bring to boil)

  3. Meanwhile slice the chicken with long, even strokes into slices about 1/4-inch thick

  4. Chop mushrooms

  5. Place chicken, mushroom and asparagus into a baking dish and pour the cheese the cheese sauce on top. Place on top small pieces of the left cheese

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until ready
