Paid 99c for this recipe online. It’s almost identical… no more paying for expensive wings at BWW for me.
Ingredients
- 4 TSP Cornstarch
- 8 TSP Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup
- 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 2 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Minced Garlic
Steps
Dissolve Cornstarch in Rice Wine Vinegar in a small bowl
Combine the vinegar solution with the remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium/low heat. Heat the mixture, stirring often, until the sauce reaches a boil. Then remove it from the heat, cool, cover, and chill.
Pour over wings and shake in a covered bowl.
