- 1 cauliflower
- Pinch salt for the cooking water
- 1 cup milk
- 100 g flour
- 50 g cheese
- 50 g butter
- 3 tsp salt
Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water
Make the bèshamel sauce: in a pan, melt the butter and add the flour, stir till combined, add the milk and the salt. Stir often and cook till it thickens, take off from flame.
Put the cauliflower florets in an ovenproof dish and add the bèshamell sauce. Add grated cheese on top and bake in the oven on 250 degrees celsius or stage 5 in gas oven until cheese on top gets brown.
