Cheese Blintz

Ingredients

  1. Blintz batter:
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cup flour
  4. 2 cups milk
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. Stuffing:
  9. 500 g cottage cheese
  10. 1 egg
  11. 3 tbsp sour cream
  12. Chopped scallions
  13. Chopped parsley
  14. Salt Pepper

Steps
