Cheese corn sandwich


  1. 8 slices bread
  2. 1 cup steamed corn
  3. 1 cup cheese
  4. 2 tea spoon mint chutney (available in Asian grocery store)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  6. to taste Salt


  1. Take a bowl mix corn, cheese, black pepper powder, mint chutney and salt

  2. Take a slice of bread and spread 1-2 spoon of mixed corn and place the other slice of bread on top it

  3. Pre heat tawa or oven

  4. Place the prepared sandwich on tawa/ oven tray, bake 7-8 minutes in a oven and if you are doing it on tawa then bake for 8-10 minutes with closed lip

  5. After 4-5 minutes flip the sandwich and bake the rest

  6. Sandwich is ready to serve hot with tomato ketchup/ hot sauce
