Cheesy chicken potato sticks

Hi all,I m sharing this recipe of cheesy chicken potato sticks I ate it in one of my favorite restaurant so I try it in home kitchen also..

Ingredients

1. 4 large size bolied potatoes
2. 1 cup bolied and shredded chicken
3. Mozerella cheese stick or shredded
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
6. 1/2 tsp white pepper
7. 1/3 tsp Mixed herbs
8. leaves chopped coriander

Steps

1. Take one bowl add bolied potato,bolied and shredded chicken,salt white pepper,black pepper,mixed herbs, coriander leaves

   

2. Mix it well.

   

3. Now take one stick of mozerella cheese and wrap the potato chicken mixture around the cheese stick.

   

4. Now take one egg and milk.beat it now coat stick into egg mixture and then bread crumbs.

   

5. Repeat this step with all sticks.

   

6. Now fry it in medium high flame untill golden.

7. Serve it with sauce or chatni of your choice.

8. Garnish it with Coriander leaves like this
