Chicken methi kabab


  1. 250 g boneless chicken
  2. 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  4. 1 tsp Thick curd
  5. Salt
  6. Methi crushed
  7. Lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp Mustard oil


  1. Take boneless chicken cut into cubes. Add garlic ginger paste,salt and few drops of lemon juice marinate for 10mins.

  2. Then again marinate it by adding hung curd 1tsp,crushed methi and red chilly powder n mustard oil n marinate for 20mins.

  3. Then grill it in oven @200degree celsius for 20 mins.ur methi kababs are ready to eat.

  4. Serve it hot with salad.
