Chocolate buckwheat cookies


  1. 4 bananas
  2. 1/4 cup cacao
  3. 1 2/3 cup rolled oats
  4. 1/2 cup buckwheat
  5. 1/4 maple syrup or honey
  6. 3/4 cup almond meal
  7. 1/4 cacao nibs
  8. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Mash the four small to medium sized bananas with a fork and add to a large bowl, pour in the maple syrup and mix together

  2. Add the dry ingredients together into the same bowl

  3. Line and baking tray with baking paper and Roll the mixture into balls, place into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, once cooked allow them to cool before placing into an air tight container
