Cinnamon pancakes on coconut whey

Ingredients

  1. 270 g whole wheat flour (or any other)
  2. 250 ml coconut whey (or milk whey)
  3. 5 tbsp coconut flakes
  4. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  5. 3 tbsp coconut nectar (instead of sugar)
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. Salt on taste
  8. Coconut oil

Steps

  1. Mix flour and whey, add flakes and cinnamon, coconut nectar, salt and soda.

  2. With a table spoon put the mixture on preheated pan. Fry both sides

  3. Decorate with your favorite fruits, berries, honey or yogurt 🤍
