Classic Burger

Ingredients

  1. Burger Patty
  2. 1/2 kg ground beef
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 3 tbsp soysauce
  6. salt
  7. ground pepper
  8. 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1/4 cup fresh milk
  11. Burger Sauce (whisk all together)
  12. 1 cup mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  14. 3 tbsp BBQ sauce

Steps

  1. Mix together the patty ingredients until evenly combined.

  2. Get at least 1/4 cup of the mixture. Roll into a ball then flatten using your clean hands. Set aside.

  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry the patties until brown on both sides. Remove from the pan then drain excess oil.

  4. Toast the burger buns if desired.

  5. Spread some burger sauce in one half of the bun. Add one fried patty. Put the other half of the bun on top

  6. Serve and enjoy!
