Coconut flat bread


  1. 1 cup coconut flour or walnut
  2. 4 tablespoon psyllium powder
  3. 2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon zaater
  6. 1/2 teaspoon bagel seasoning
  7. Wet ingredients
  8. 2 cups boiling water
  9. 3 oz butter or any your favorite


  1. Mix dry ingredients and stir with whisk

  2. Start adding the wet ingredients slowly on dry ingredients and mix till you get dough

  3. Using pan over medium low heat start cutting the dough into small ball and flatten in your hands cook about 3 minutes each side

  4. I found that if you cover the pan the steam go inside and cook it more enjoy 😉
