Coconut frosting

The recipe turned out perfectly.Now I need to make a larger serving.


  1. 3 cups sugar
  2. 3 cups evaporated milk
  3. 1 1/2 cup butter
  4. 4 eggs (beaten)
  5. 2 cups flaked coconut
  6. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add sugar and evaporated milk to pit and stir

  2. Add butter and stir over low to medium heat until butter melts

  3. Beat eggs lightly and add to mixture

  4. Stir until mixture begins to form bubble

  5. Stir in coconuts plus 6 tsp of vanilla

  6. Take off heat. Cover and refrigerate until cool and thickened
