The gelatin, on the bottom, traps all the “stuff”.
Ingredients
- Used fry oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp plain gelatine
Steps
1 cup of water and 1 tsp gelatine for every quart of fry oil.
Set in the fridge when mixed for overnight.
Slice off the “sludge” that is the bottom layer of gelatin.
Heat once to get out any remaining water. You’re done!
