Creamy chicken curry

My first time chicken curry

Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoons garlic ginger grated
  2. 5 big pieces of boneless chicken diced
  3. 2 big onions chopped or crushed
  4. 4 tomatoes chopped or crushed
  5. 2 green chilli chopped
  6. leaves Coriander
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. 1 tablespoon deggie mirch powder
  9. 1 tablespoon turmeric
  10. 1 tablespoon curry chicken masala
  11. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  12. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  13. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  14. 1 tablespoon bay leaves
  15. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  16. 1 pinch hing or ginger powder called sund in Indian language
  17. 2 tablespoon homemade dahi or heavy cream

Steps

  1. First saute ginger+garlic+cumin seeds+green chilli+bay leaves

  2. Now add onion and saute well until it turn brown

  3. Now add spices with tomatoes chopped and mix well

  4. Stir the curry for 30 minutes

  5. Now on the other side let’s boil the chicken pieces.have 3 to 4 whistles

  6. Now add it to curry

  7. Stir the curry chicken for 20 minutes more and add coriander leaves and cream or dahi

  8. Do not stir after adding dahi or cream
