Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  1. 4 potatoes
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 20 g Butter
  4. 200 cc Milk
  5. 50 cc Fresh cream

Steps

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes.

  2. Chop the onion.

  3. Put olive oil (1tbsp) into a pot and fry the onion.

  4. Put the potatoes into the pot

  5. Put the butter into the pot and fry it some more.

  6. Pour the water (200cc) into the pot and boil until the contents become soft.
    Then add milk (200cc) into the pot and boil more.

  7. Put it into the food processor to make soft.

  8. Pour the soup through a strainer to make it smoother.

  9. Add fresh cream (50cc) and put salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Sprinkle with broken potato chips and parsley.
