Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Soup

Spicy ? and delicious ?!!!


  1. 2 packs chicken thighs (skinless / boneless)
  2. 1 can low sodium chicken broth
  3. 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  4. Baby carrots (1 lb. bag)
  5. 1 Onion, sliced
  6. Fresh garlic
  7. Black Pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  9. 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce(or a little bit more depending on how spicy you want it !)
  10. Blue Cheese (for the topping)
  11. FYI…. You can also add chopped celery to this but I didn’t add it because I HATE celery !!!! ?


  1. Place chicken, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes,baby carrots,onion, garlic, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and buffalo wing sauce into crockpot……Stir until chicken is coated with your ingredients…..

  2. Cook on Low for 8 hours, then remove chicken to a plate and lightly shred chicken, then put shredded chicken back into crockpot… stir once every hour….

  3. Ladle into a bowl and top with blue cheese….. Enjoy ?!!!
