Cucumber chips for diet


  1. 1 long cucumber
  2. 1 tablespoon salt
  3. 1 ” cube small diced ginger


  1. Slice cucumber into 1/4” thickness.

  2. Put sliced cucumber into a bowl with a tablespoon of salt. Make sure that salt gets all over on cucumber slices. Let sit for 15 minutes and stir and wait another 15 minutes then drain the water came out from the slices.

  3. Add small chapped ginger and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
