- 150 g pork neck
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Cut pork neck, yellow pepper and cucumber into pieces.
Mix pork with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, stir fry pork until brown.
Add garlic and cucumber, 1 tsp soy sauce, stir fry for 1 minute.
Add yellow pepper, stir fry for 30 seconds, then transfer to a serving plate.
