This is the only simple solution to make any gravy curry recipes
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 big piece of ginger diced
- 3 green chili half cut
- 2 big onion red
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cardamom
- 3 cloves or laung
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 red hot pepper
- 5-6 cashew soaked for 1 hour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 and half tablespoon turmeric
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon kitchen king
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Half tablespoon red deggie mirch
- 1 tablespoon curry or Maggie masala
- Butter or oil
- Some water to blend
- Curry leaves 3 crushed
Steps
Put some oil or butter in pan and roast ginger+garlic+cumin seeds+cashews+cardamom+cloves+red hot pepper+fennel seeds
Roast for atleast 3 to 4 minute at low flame
Now add diced onion and roast until brown green chilli with tomato too separately
Add some butter or oil again in pan and add blended onion mixture
Now add all the spices and mix
Now add blended tomatoes and now stir it for atleast 15 minute
This is only curry or gravy you can preserve it and make any gravy veggie
Now blend it and blend
