Need to use up extra curry paste? Give your ketchup a serious upgrade. This bright curry ketchup has a decent spice from the curry paste that the lemon juice moderates. If you’re feeling fancy, you can even make your own curry paste. Be sure to whisk counterclockwise for the best result. Just use it wherever you’d use regular ketchup: Burgers, hot dogs, and fried foods, especially fried seafood.
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
How to Make It
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up
to 2 weeks.
