- 5 Eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 TBSP cooking oil
- 1 TSP Ghee
- 1/2 TSP ginger paste
- 1/2 TSP garlic paste
- 2 pcs Bay leaf
- 1 medium sized cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamom
- 5/6 green chilies
- to taste Salt
Boil eggs and toss the them in a pan with a TSP oil.
Take a pan and add cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf one by one, then add onion, salt, ginger and garlic paste then mix it properly and add some water.
Cook all the spices until all water dries up.
Add milk and ghee, cook them until it starts boiling, then add eggs and cook for 2/3 minutes in a low flame.
Add green chilies and turn off the stove then transfer it in a serving bowl.
