Egg tuna bowl

  1. Freshly cooked rice
  2. 1 very fresh egg
  3. 1 can tuna
  4. soy sauce
  5. sliced scallions


  1. Crack an egg and separate the yolk and the white.

  2. Mix the rice with the egg white, mix well.

  3. Put the egg yolk and the can of tuna on the rice

  4. Pour a bit of soy sauce onto the egg yolk and tuna. Finally, sprinkle the sliced scallions on top.
